Ripley’s owners had always hoped they could provide a loving, forever home for their precious Dog – but life’s circumstances had other plans for them.
“My husband and I work 12-15 hour days and feel he needs someone who has much more time for him, as he LOVES people and needs more companionship. Unfortunately, the cost of daycare/pet sitters is just too much to afford.”
Ripley is a 1.5 year old Male – Neutered Great Dane Dog.

When asked to share a heartwarming memory of life with Ripley , Angel stated: “When my granddaughter was still crawling, he would follow her around the house as if he thought he needed to protect her.”.
Ripley’s owner, Angel, is heartbroken to have to make this very difficult decision, but is hopeful that a great new home can be found where all of Ripley’s needs will be met.
Ripley’s perfect new home would offer; “We would love a home where someone has a lot of time for him. He also LOVES children, however he does need some supervision with small children as he is still young and not yet aware of his size/strength.
He is never agressive, but can sometimes be a bully when it comes to other dogs competing for human attention. He tries to sort of “herd/corral” them to ensure he gets the attention…LOL”.
Ripley’s favorite toy is a large, basketball size ball that he loves to play soccer with.
Food is “Simply Nourish” Limited ingredient Salmon Flavor for Large Breeds
This handsome Great Dane loves to take walks.
Ripley will be rehomed with supplies. There is a $150 adoption/rehoming fee.
