Ashes load from the bottom of the urn and are sealed with a permanent adhesive tape that peels off when ready to close up the remains. Once sealed, the bottom cover is permanently affixed guaranteeing that the ashes will remain inside the urn. Capacity will accommodate ashes up to 50 lbs. when living.
